Key Responsibilities- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Run errands and provide support to the operations team as needed.
- Provide transportation to medical facilities for injured employees, as required.
- Operate floor cleaning equipment to maintain a clean and safe floor environment.
- Maintain inventory and distribution of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist with coordination of production floor activities, including training and driving best practices.
- Follow COVID-19 protocols and job tasks as assigned, including cleaning and assisting with employee screenings.
- Support and participate in division and department improvement initiatives through the Continuous Improvement Suggestion Program.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including IATF 2016:16949, ISO14001 (EMS), and Employee Handbook.
- Follow MIOSHA and MPTSH safety regulations and policies, including wearing required PPE and lockout procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to obtain a Hi-lo license and valid driver's license.
- Ability to mop, shovel, scrub, and work with cleaning chemicals.
- Knowledge and compliance of safety procedures and policies.
