Position Overview:

We are seeking a Housekeeper to contribute to our Senior Living community. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for residents, staff, and visitors. The responsibilities include cleaning designated public areas of the facility.

Work Schedule:

• 64 hours biweekly
• Day shift
• No weekend shifts

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive cleaning of all assigned areas, including vacuuming carpets, sweeping and mopping hard floors, dusting, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Respond to and clean up emergency spills as necessary
• Take on additional tasks as assigned
• Perform housekeeping duties safely, adhering to proper techniques for bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the housekeeping cart and storage area

Qualifications:

• No prior experience is required, although experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Strong customer service skills, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential
• Effective communication skills with residents and staff are necessary
