\t* Perform nursing duties as assigned within the PHP and OP programs
\t* Complete thorough nursing assessments on new admissions
\t* Address consumer concerns in a timely manner in partnership with the Call Center
\t* Maintain accurate records of medication sample dispensing and all medication administration
\t* Provide symptom management of consumer's medical concerns while in PHP
\t* Conduct nursing-related educational sessions as needed
\t* Assist with safety and environmental issues
\t* Complete documentation as required by NOFC's policies/procedures
\t* Fulfill all initial and ongoing training requirements
\t* Attend daily FACE to FACE meetings and other assigned meetings as needed
\t* Resolve crisis situations appropriately
\t* Complete critical incident/restraint reports for assigned clinic
\t* Actively participate as a positive, contributing member of the clinic team environment
\t* Other duties as assigned

\t* Ability to work well with all types of people including children, adolescents, and adults
