About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at the San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living. As a leading senior services and healthcare organization, we provide a continuum of care and social services to enable seniors to age well and live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine daily care to assigned patients in accordance with their clinical assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by a Nurse Manager or Charge Nurse.
  • Assist with patient personal care needs (cleanliness, grooming, nourishment, rest, activity, and elimination) as trained and in accordance with all safety and other regulations.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort in accordance with established policy and procedure.
  • Monitor and report on the health conditions of patients ensuring quality care is being provided.
  • Communicate and interact effectively and tactfully with the residents, visitors, families, peers, and supervisors.
