Job Title: Behavioral Health Clinician

At Oregon Integrated Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Health Clinician to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our patients and families.

Job Summary:

The Behavioral Health Clinician will work collaboratively with our primary care providers to provide brief, evidence-based interventions and outcome-based models to track patient improvement. You will be responsible for connecting patients and families with resources in the community, participating in regular interdisciplinary group case consultations, and coordinating with external specialty care providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with primary care providers to recognize, treat, and manage behavioral health and biopsychosocial issues
  • Provide brief evidence-based interventions and use outcome-based models to track patient improvement
  • Connect patients and families with resources in the community
  • Participate in regular interdisciplinary group case consultations
  • Coordinate with external specialty care providers
Requirements:
  • Two years' experience in an integrated primary care setting preferred
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD) in the State of Oregon, or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months
  • Ability to work independently and proactively to build a flourishing integrated care program
  • Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team and patients & families through effective written and verbal professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible in dealing with interruptions, a busy schedule, and a fast-paced work environment
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records including ability to document services in a clear, concise, and timely manner
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Up to date on all vaccinations
