Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Regional Contract Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contracts across various regions, ensuring timely delivery and effective communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts from initiation to closure, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders;
  • Conduct site visits and audits to ensure quality of work and compliance with contractual requirements;
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement;
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field;
  • Proven track record of successfully managing contracts and building strong relationships with stakeholders;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

Working Conditions

This role requires travel to various locations across Western Australia, including Albany, Kalgoorlie, Broome, Kununurra, Karratha, Geraldton, Bunbury, and Northam. You will be required to have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
