We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arcade and Projection Technician to join our team at FatCats. As a key member of our attractions team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our arcade and cinema projectors, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and service all arcade games and projectors, ensuring they are in good working order.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with arcade games and projectors, and complete repairs as needed.
• Provide IT support for POS software, VOIP phones, and merchant processing hardware.
• Oversee the entire cinema process, including ingesting content, building playlists, and scheduling automated playback.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of basic IT principles and experience with arcade technician work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and to problem solve effectively.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate with both team members and guests.
