The ideal candidate will have strong ITOM (IT Operations Management) experience and be familiar with Agile application development practices. Additionally, they should have experience with ServiceNow's Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and a background in developing and managing a configuration management database (CMDB).

We offer a competitive salary range of $97,100.00 - $161,800.00 per year, depending on location and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health care insurance, retirement planning, and paid days off.
