Host/Hostess

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Host/Hostess at Lazy Dog Restaurants LLC.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a positive dining experience for guests
• Notify guests of wait times and enter their name into the computer seating system
• Operate the computer seating system
• Lead guests to their tables, distribute menus, and provide final words
• Answer phone calls and respond to questions concerning the menu, reservations, and the restaurant
• Address difficult situations and guest complaints through AIM - Apologize, Investigate, and involve Management
• Communicate clearly, write well, and speak well
• Prepare thoroughly and strive for perfection
• Practice what you preach
• Be guest-focused and multi-task
• Be part of a team and create a fun work environment

Requirements:

• High School diploma (preferred)
• Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
