We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Triage Nurse in our Internal Medicine department. As a Triage Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare services.

• Manage patient interactions via telephone and in-person, prioritizing incoming calls and providing education and guidance in accordance with established guidelines and protocols.
• Communicate test results, schedule and arrange care for urgent needs, and coordinate proper disposition within a clinically appropriate scope.
• Support multiple providers, up to five at one time, and work collaboratively with our team of nurses to ensure seamless patient care.
• Administer vaccines and perform other hands-on tasks as needed.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current and active Practical Nurse Licensure in the state of Massachusetts.
• Nursing experience, preferably in a community or ambulatory practice setting.
• Primary care experience and phone triage experience are strongly preferred.
