Job Description
This role involves operating a tanker truck, which may be a tack truck or water truck depending on experience.
You will be responsible for:
- Performing daily safety checks of fluid levels for leaks and damage to equipment prior to operation
- Notifying foreman of any concerns
- Understanding and executing paving procedures while following instructions to meet project standards
- Understanding and executing different emulsions and/or liquid AC
- Flexibility with schedule changes, location changes, time of shift changes
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A valid Class A or B CDL and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
- A valid tanker endorsement on CDL
- A Current Medical Examiners Certificate (FMCSR part 391.41)
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry 50+ lbs
