Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Management: Oversee the management of our residential properties, including leasing, maintenance, and customer service.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train a team of staff members to ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of quality and safety standards.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Marketing and Leasing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and lease properties, including creating marketing materials and conducting tours.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure that our properties meet high standards of quality and safety, including conducting regular inspections and addressing any issues that arise.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in property management, preferably with experience in multi-family residential property management.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years of college preferred.
  • Certifications: Accredited Resident Manager or similar designation preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to our properties and occasional evening and weekend work. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be able to communicate effectively with residents, staff, and other stakeholders.
