Job Overview

Position: Production Team Member

Compensation: $21 per hour

Location: Lester Prairie, MN

Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday to Thursday from 6 AM to 4:30 PM. Overtime may be required during peak seasons.

  • Assemble trusses and gables using hand tools.
  • Utilize the radial arm saw for cutting materials.
  • Manually stack wood as it exits the machinery.
  • Assist with finger joining and stacking processes.
  • Ensure accurate packing and handling of orders.
  • Conduct daily inventory counts to maintain stock levels.
  • Inspect incoming materials against overdue orders.
  • Operate a forklift for material unloading and transportation as needed.
  • Support various departments within the facility as required.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and interpret a tape measure.
  • Physical capability to perform manual tasks.
  • Forklift operation experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer proficiency.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs continuously.
