  • Ensure that the end-to-end strategic process aligns with daily business objectives.
  • Oversee the delivery of specific projects that align with the strategic goals.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of industry trends, emerging technologies, and potential threats, providing insights to Chapter Leaders for informed decision-making.
  • Support Agile transformation efforts and perform business process gap analyses, offering recommendations to mitigate risks associated with project execution.

  • Serve as a senior project manager for critical initiatives, guiding teams to meet project goals and timelines.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in process engineering and leadership.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Strong understanding of engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and team management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of safety and quality assurance.
  • Experience with electrical and mechanical systems is preferred.
