- Support Agile transformation efforts and perform business process gap analyses, offering recommendations to mitigate risks associated with project execution.
- Engage in cross-functional projects, fostering collaboration across HUB and GSC.
- Serve as a senior project manager for critical initiatives, guiding teams to meet project goals and timelines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in process engineering and leadership.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and methodologies.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma and Lean.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and team management capabilities.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Commitment to fostering a culture of safety and quality assurance.
- Experience with electrical and mechanical systems is preferred.
