Locksmith Specialist

The Locksmith is a critical member of the JPS Health Network team, responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our facilities. As a skilled locksmith, you will be responsible for the timely maintenance, repair, and installation of locks, door closures, and electronic locking systems throughout the network.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair locks, door closures, and electronic locking systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Make, install, repair, and modify keys and/or locks, and maintain accurate records.
• Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to lower-level workers on locksmith work.
• Collaborate with engineers on design projects related to security systems.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in repairing, replacing, and/or maintaining various lock types and building security systems.
• Vocational or Technical school certification in Locksmith work.
