We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Trinity Health Senior Communities. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our community.
Job Summary:The primary purpose of this position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing shift staff. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that residents receive the highest level of care and support.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing shift staff, ensuring that residents receive timely and effective care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and ensure that residents receive the highest level of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on the latest best practices and technologies in nursing care.

- A valid RN license in the state of Michigan.
- At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a long-term care or acute care setting.
