About the Job:

We are seeking an experienced Catheterization Laboratory Technologist to join our team for a 13-week travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a Cath Lab Tech, you will be responsible for assisting with cardiovascular procedures, maintaining equipment, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with cardiovascular procedures, including coronary and peripheral interventions
  • Maintain and troubleshoot cath lab equipment, including angiography systems and hemodynamic monitoring devices
  • Prepare and maintain sterile fields and equipment for procedures
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Cardiovascular Technologist or Registered Cardiovascular Technologist (R.C.T.)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a cath lab setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
