Job Title: Curriculum Developer

At FPI Management, we are seeking a highly skilled Curriculum Developer to join our team. As a key member of our training department, you will be responsible for designing and developing educational programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct company-wide skills gap analyses to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective training content.
  • Design and develop comprehensive educational curricula, including schedules, topics, and clear learning objectives.
  • Develop and deliver training courses, including guides, slide decks, videos, quizzes, e-learning, animations, and interactive activities.
  • Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage and maintain a repository of training materials, ensuring they are up-to-date, accessible, and relevant.
Requirements:
  • Work experience as a Curriculum Designer, Instructional Designer, or a similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Learning Management Software (LMS).
  • Familiarity with video editing software.
  • Ability to write clear and concise instructional copy.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred experience in residential property management, retail, sales, or customer service.
  • Preferred 1 year of Property Management Experience.
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
