Position Summary

We are seeking a Thermal Engineering Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring that vehicle performance goals are achieved while providing insightful recommendations to the Product team. Your responsibilities will include conducting system evaluations, planning tests, and effectively communicating any issues to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in vehicle validation and support for aerodynamic and thermal characteristics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough system reviews and assessments
  • Develop and implement test plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges
  • Support vehicle validation processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the industry
  • Possession of a Chauffeur's License or willingness to obtain one

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in thermal systems development, HVAC, or cooling technologies
  • Familiarity with data acquisition systems
  • Experience with drive cell or wind tunnel testing
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities
  • Class A Commercial Driver License is a plus
