The successful candidate will ensure compliance with insurance requirements while documenting every customer interaction and guiding clients through the repair process. You will play a critical role in achieving the repair facility's key performance indicators (KPIs) and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
- Provide customers with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring they receive excellent customer service
