Position Overview:
As an Office Maintenance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a tidy and organized environment.

Key Details:
Location: Commerce, CA
Compensation: $17 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, Monday to Friday

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in a small office and logistics area.
  • Perform vacuuming and mopping of floors, and clean surfaces using standard cleaning supplies.
  • Sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash and replacing liners.
  • Execute additional tasks to uphold the cleanliness and aesthetic of the workspaces.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a cleaning role, whether residential or commercial.
  • Familiarity with custodial practices and procedures.
  • Capability to operate cleaning tools such as vacuums, mops, and janitorial carts.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Effective time management skills to accomplish tasks within set timeframes.
  • Physical endurance to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday.
  • Excellent communication abilities and reliable transportation to reach the job site.
