Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Reception Coordinator to become a vital part of our team at Personnel Resources. The successful candidate will serve as the initial point of contact, delivering outstanding customer service and administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to and manage incoming phone calls efficiently.
  • Support various administrative functions including data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Qualifications:
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office.
  • Strong attention to detail, especially in proofreading documents.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role is required.

Job Details:
  • Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
