About the Job

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in New Mexico. As a RN, you will have the opportunity to work in skilled nursing facilities and make a positive impact on the lives of our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily nursing functions in accordance with company, state, federal, and local rules, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Admit, transfer, and discharge residents with documentation regarding care and service provided.
  • Participate in the orientation of new residents/family members to the facility.
  • Participate in facility surveys (inspections) as scheduled.
  • Ensure delivery of high-quality, positive clinical outcomes, and resident/family satisfaction during shift.
Requirements
  • Current and valid US RN license in the state of the facility location.
  • BLS upon hire.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Able to handle pressure, multi-task, and prioritize.
  • Previous work experience, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of electronic health records, preferred.
  • Must be willing to work in New Mexico.
