Compensation and Benefits
Starting pay is $16.50/hr. Our benefits package includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan with a 100% match up to 4%, profit sharing, $10K life insurance, and paid time off.


Key Responsibilities
- Execute proper installation and maintenance of air filtration systems in commercial and industrial settings across the region.
- Deliver air filtration products to clients, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment before departure.
- Prepare and organize for upcoming assignments.
- Assist with logistics, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management to ensure timely operations.
- Adhere to specific customer requirements and regulations on-site.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with on-site contacts.
- Solicit customer feedback on services and products, sharing potential leads with management.
- Conduct daily inspections, maintain delivery logs, and complete vehicle checklists.
- Comply with DOT regulations and safety protocols.


Qualifications
- Must meet eligibility requirements to drive for company business:
- Minimum age of 25
- Valid driver's license
- Positive driving record
- Experience in service and warehouse operations is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation to and from work is essential.
- Strong communication and time management skills are required.
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs.
- Capability to work on ladders and use general hand and power tools.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Attention to detail and effective communication skills are crucial.
- Basic computer and math skills are advantageous.
