Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the interdependent team to coordinate patient care and achieve unit outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
- Comply with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and established practice standards to ensure a safe and effective work environment.
- One year of Emergency Department, ICU, or Critical Care RN experience or New Grad with one year Paramedic/ERT experience.
- ACLS certification through the American Heart Association within 6 months of hire.
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
- TNCC certification within 12 months of hire.
- PALS/ENPC certifications within 18 months of hire.
- Current MN RN license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
