Job Overview

The Blue Collar Recruiter of Marietta is seeking a highly skilled Cell Site Electrician Electrical Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our electrical crew, you will be responsible for leading and managing electrical projects, ensuring timely completion, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage electrical crews on various projects, including cellular telecommunications, cable, fiber optics, DC plants, and commercial work.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Develop and implement electrical plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct site visits, inspect work in progress, and address any issues or concerns.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience working on electrical crews as a lead or foreman.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Previous knowledge of telecommunications industry preferred.
  • Previous commercial electrical industry preferred.
  • Working knowledge of any cellular carrier standards preferred (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint).
  • Ability to work outdoors in high temperatures, sunlight, and inclement weather.
  • Must have transportation and a clean 3-year continuous driving record.
