Job Title: Companion Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Companion Caregiver to provide high-quality care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging them in meaningful conversations and activities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
  • Support clients with mobility, including walking and transferring from bed to chair.
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as dusting, vacuuming, and laundry.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and social events, and assist with running errands.
  • Monitor clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to family members or healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a caregiving role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and a compassionate nature.
  • Ability to perform light physical tasks and assist with mobility.
Working Conditions:

Primarily in clients' homes, with occasional visits to community centers or other locations.

Part-time or full-time, depending on client needs, with flexible scheduling.

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform light housekeeping duties.
