IT Specialist

We are seeking an experienced IT Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As an IT Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our R&D, testing, and validation of medical device products.

• Provide end-user support for network and lab systems
• Work cross-functionally with IT and business stakeholders to improve processes and recommend solutions
• Collaborate with the Sr. IT Manager for R&D Labs to ensure seamless integration of IT systems
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored IT solutions

• 5+ years of experience supporting networking and lab systems
• Experience with benchtop assets, network segregation, cybersecurity, and lab environments in an end-user support role
• Experience working within an R&D Organization of a healthcare-related field (Pharmaceuticals, medical devices, hospitals)
• Agile experience
• Strong communicator, able to build relationships and articulate technical solutions

• Experience with network architecture, design, and support
• Experience configuring applications to meet GxP compliance requirements
• Experience managing cloud and physical infrastructure across Windows and Linux
