Job Overview

The Catering Sales Manager is a key leadership position at Aramark, responsible for leading all aspects of catering solutions and special events at our locations. This role will oversee the Catering team to deliver exceptional events and catering experiences that meet customer expectations and service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute catering solutions to meet customer needs and preferences
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Ensure consistent quality in planning and executing events, including food preparation and setup
  • Lead and train catering employees to ensure high-quality service and presentation
  • Manage event logistics, including staffing, inventory, and equipment
  • Monitor and report on catering-related revenue, expenses, and receivables
  • Recruit, train, and develop team members to achieve business objectives
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in catering and sales, with prior management or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to work event-based hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Physical stamina to lift, carry, and push/pull up to 50 pounds
