About the Role
We are seeking a highly professional and career-driven Client Experience Representative to join our team at Russell Tobin. As a key member of our service support team, you will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond with high accuracy and efficiency to client inquiries while consistently meeting key performance metrics.
- Provide functional support in areas including Cash Management products and services, client website, and Mobile app, as well as general account or financial related inquiries.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to World-Class Service and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Multitask and adjust quickly to change in a busy financial service center.
Compensation Package:
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $55,000, taking into account the Columbus, OH location and industry standards. In addition to a competitive salary, successful applicants can expect a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
