About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at Red Robin. As a Dishwasher, you will play a critical role in maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly washed and sanitized.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with food preparation and presentation to ensure high-quality dishes are served to our guests.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge in food safety, sanitation, and customer service.

Requirements:

  • Must be 17 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
