Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Specialist to join our team at Molly Maid of South Morris County. As a key member of our cleaning services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional cleaning experiences for our customers.

Compensation Package

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $30,000 per year, with the potential to earn an average of $600 per week as a Team Leader.

Responsibilities

As a Housekeeping Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Performing professional residential cleaning services, including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, wipe downs, and other final touches to ensure our customers' homes are clean and sanitized.

  • Communicating effectively with customers and staff in a professional and courteous manner, building strong relationships and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid driver's license to transport cleaning equipment and supplies.

  • A positive attitude, with a focus on delivering exceptional results and exceeding customer expectations.

  • The ability to work independently as a team player, taking initiative to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
