Job Overview

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Full Time Childcare Lead Teacher to join our team at The Goddard School of Lake Houston.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Goddard School's comprehensive, inquiry-based curriculum, Wonder of Learning.
  • Advance children's intellectual, social, and physical development.
  • Support each child's emotional development and provide positive guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with Goddard School's health and safety, NAEYC, Cognia, and State of Texas childcare licensing guidelines.
  • Execute/enhance lesson plans.
  • Establish and maintain positive and effective family relationships.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable classroom.
  • Work as a team.
  • Respond to all children's needs.
  • Maintain professional commitment.

Requirements:

A minimum of one year of experience is preferred. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
