We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Bronson Commons in Mattawan. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with a range of physical disabilities and injuries. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify physical impairments and develop treatment plans to address these impairments
- Administer physical therapy treatments, including exercises, modalities, and other interventions to promote patient recovery and independence
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Document patient progress and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed Physical Therapist in good standing for the State of Michigan
- BLS required within 3 months after hire
- Current driver's license in the state of Michigan, availability of car for business use on a daily basis, and proof of insurance required for Bronson at Home
This is a part-time position working 24 hours per week. The Physical Therapist will work in a fast-paced acute care setting, interacting with patients, families, and healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.
