Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Production Specialist to join our team at Rinker Materials in Henderson, CO. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing of reinforced concrete pipe, box, bridge, and other related infrastructure products for stormwater and sanitary applications.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain concrete mixers, conveyors, and other equipment to ensure efficient production.
  • Mix and pour concrete to meet quality standards.
  • Assist with the transportation and placement of concrete forms and molds.
  • Load and unload materials and supplies as needed.
  • Set up forms in the manufacturing production process of concrete products.
  • Handle and move heavy construction materials safely and efficiently.
  • Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times.
  • Adhere to quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality concrete products.

Requirements:

  • Able to read and understand work orders and complex instructions.
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.
  • Ability to work outdoors or in open air environments.
  • Preferred experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Preferred experience operating a forklift, especially an industrial forklift.
  • Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently. Over 50 pounds, a forklift or crane will be used. Must be able to push or pull a cart with 80 pounds of force. Must be able to climb stairs and ladders. Must be able to step up 20 inches.
