Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus flexible work hours and a choice of commutable clinic locations.

This PRN Physical Therapist position is a 1099/Independent Contractor role, providing individuals with the opportunity to dictate their own availability and work schedule. Our Physical Therapy area operates Monday through Friday, offering a great work-life balance without on-call or weekend shifts.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will assess each patient, develop a plan of care, safely implement, and modify plans as necessary in accordance with American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice, American Physical Therapy Association's Guide to Physical Therapists Practice and State Practice Act.

  • Conduct initial patient evaluations to develop appropriate treatment plans with measurable goals and time frames.
  • Document treatments and provide documentation per policy and procedure.
  • Ensure other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to evaluate the patient's functional ability.
Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will partner with the Market Director of Physical Therapy and Medical Center Manager (MCM) to ensure center operations are consistent with medical policy and professional standards at Nova Medical Centers.

They will also promote clear communication between the Physical Therapy department and other center staff members, ensuring a seamless delivery of patient care.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
  • Current, or ability to obtain, licensure with the State Board of Physical Therapy.
  • CPR or BLS Certified or ability to obtain.
  • Authorized to work in the USA.
