This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Denny's restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of crew members to ensure efficient service and quality food preparation.
- Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
- Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Food Safety Manager certification required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
