Restaurant Manager Job Description

This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a Denny's restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of crew members to ensure efficient service and quality food preparation.
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and employees.
  • Manage inventory, labor costs, and other operational aspects of the restaurant.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Food Safety Manager certification required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
