This position requires a Building Technician to travel to multiple properties throughout the region using a company-provided vehicle. The Mobile Building Technician will work with property management teams to coordinate tenant improvements, capital improvements, and routine maintenance projects.
- Review property work orders and estimate time and materials needed to complete repairs.
- Perform assigned repairs, preventative maintenance, and emergency maintenance.
- Conduct property maintenance operations and provide guidance for vendors and sub-contractors.
Any combination of education and/or experience equivalent to completion of high school. Previous experience in HVAC is preferred but not required.
