- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop strategies for improvement
- Maintain accurate records and reports of patient progress
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT or COTA) License in California
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in occupational therapy, preferably in a school-based setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
