Job SummaryThis is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with autism and their families. As an ABA Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality therapy services that empower these children to reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the highest standards of professionalism
- Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles
- Foster strong relationships with families, keeping them informed about their child's progress within the ABA framework
- Engage in ongoing training and development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification
- A strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program, preferably in Child Development, Psychology, or a related field
- Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification, with support provided by Soar Autism Center
- Previous experience working with children and a genuine passion for helping them thrive
- Reliable transportation to both training locations and the local center, with punctuality being essential
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods
- Strong computer and tablet literacy skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- An estimated annual salary of $42,400 - $52,800, based on a 30-hour workweek, with regular bonus and promotion opportunities
