Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize DFA tractor and trailer to transport raw milk
  • Follow dispatch schedule and directions from dispatch and location supervisory personnel
  • Transfer raw milk from farm containers to trailer
  • Take quality and control samples at farm
  • Measure milk loaded into trailer
  • Apply seals properly and document seal numbers to paperwork
