About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Children's Outpatient Therapist to join our team at WellStone. As a key member of our therapeutic team, you will work closely with children, adolescents, and their families to provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct initial assessments, intakes, and prepare documentation for client Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address client goals and needs
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and guardians to ensure comprehensive care
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
  • Participate in departmental, divisional, and other meetings as required
  • Complete billing documentation in a timely and accurate manner
  • Conduct follow-up sessions with clients and maintain educational requirements for licensure
