**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**

Prepare and serve cocktails to customers following standard recipes and using proper techniques.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
Check customers' identification and confirm legal drinking age.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Upsell additional products when appropriate.
Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed.

**Requirements**

2+ years of experience in bartending and mixing cocktails in a high-volume restaurant.
Proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems.
Knowledge of Toast POS is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills with a classy and friendly demeanor.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling payments.
Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
