- Electrical Schematics and Diagrams: Read and update electrical schematics and create diagrams for machines or processes.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.
- Control Systems Knowledge: Basic understanding of control systems, including electrical schematics, PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA systems.
- Programming Languages: Familiarity with programming languages such as Ladder Logic, Structured Text, or other control programming languages (AB and Siemens).
- Problem-Solving and Communication Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability and Willingness to Learn: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Previous Experience: Previous internship or project experience in control systems is a plus.
- Field Engineering Experience: Experience 2+ years in field engineering/application material handling field.
- Power and Control Hardware Knowledge: Knowledge of power and control hardware and mechanical design.
- Troubleshooting and Communication Skills: Capability to troubleshoot hardware systems, components, devices, etc., with strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- Industry Standards and Familiarity: Familiarity with CEMA Standards, NFPA79, and ISO 13849.
