Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified instructor to teach fun, effective, and safe group exercise classes to members participating in our program. The ideal candidate will have experience in group exercise instruction and be certified in a nationally accredited specialty class.
Responsibilities- Teach group exercise classes to members, including dance fitness, Pilates, full body strength, H.I.I.T., bootcamp, and cycle
- Develop and implement engaging and safe exercise programs
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for members
- Meet hiring requirements, including a pre-employment drug test
- Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross, or American Safety & Health Institute within 30 days of hire
- 2+ years of group exercise instruction experience
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems
$42-$45/class, dependent on experience and qualifications
