Position Summary: An Insurance Agent representing Frank Cooper - State Farm Agent is looking for a dynamic, career-focused individual to join their team. As a member of this State Farm team, you will foster and cultivate customer relationships within the community to advocate for State Farm offerings, including auto, home, and life insurance.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver prompt, precise, and courteous customer service. This includes addressing inquiries about insurance options, eligibility, coverage details, policy modifications, transfers, claims processing, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with the agent to set and achieve marketing objectives.
- Generate leads, arrange meetings, assess customer needs, and promote suitable products and services.
- Group Life Insurance Benefits
- Hourly compensation plus commission and bonuses
- Paid time off, including vacation and personal/sick days
- Preferred experience in sales (outside sales, inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing)
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets preferred
- Self-driven and motivated
- Current Property and Casualty license required
- Current Life and Health license required
- Selected candidates are expected to stay updated on product changes, licensing, technical advancements, and ongoing education
