Critical Care Nurse Wanted for LanceSoft Inc

We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Critical Care unit nurse to join our team at LanceSoft Inc. Based in Burlington, MA, this 13-week position offers a competitive salary of $3,036 per week.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a specialized nurse, you will be responsible for delivering vital care to critically ill or injured patients in our Critical Care department.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and monitor patient progress.
  • Identify sudden changes in patient medical conditions.
  • Deliver regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.
  • Begins treatment and monitors doses.
  • Responds to medical emergencies and alerts doctors.
  • Cares for patient needs throughout recovery in the Critical Care unit.
  • Maintains accurate patient records.
  • Creates effective care plans.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing or relevant field.
  • At least 1+ year experience as a Critical Care unit nurse.
  • Good understanding of health information structures and technology.
  • Available to work 12-hour night shifts.
  • Demonstrates brilliant empathy and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a stressful and emotional environment.
