Work Schedule: 12-hour rotating swing shift
Key Responsibilities:
As a Manufacturing Operator, you will:
1. Operate slitting machinery efficiently.
2. Handle and transport heavy stock materials weighing up to 1000 lbs.
3. Maintain cleanliness of equipment and assist in setup.
4. Adjust machinery settings for optimal performance.
5. Unload and inspect finished products weighing between 8-50 lbs.
6. Ensure quality control by inspecting materials for defects.
7. Manage packaging processes, including wrapping and palletizing products.
8. Utilize pallet jacks for transporting pallets to shipping areas.
Qualifications:
1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. A minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
3. Ability to wear a cleanroom suit and hood for extended periods.
4. Willingness to learn various manufacturing processes.
5. Team-oriented mindset with flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
6. Successful completion of background checks, drug tests, and physical assessments is mandatory.
