Dietary Assistant

Join StoryPoint as a Dietary Aide, where you'll play a vital role in maintaining clean and sanitary conditions of food service areas, facilities, and equipment. You will assist in food preparation and plate food according to dietary guidelines for regular and special diets.

• Handle, transport, and plate food for residents, guests, and employees.
• Plate food according to planned menus using standard recipes.
• Maintain all daily logs, postings, and documentations required for meal services.
• Stock and clean stations for next shifts.
• Follow proper food rotation policies and handle food and equipment according to sanitation policies and procedures.

This position involves standing for long periods and requires the ability to communicate effectively with others, sit, stand, walk, and use hands to handle objects.

• High School diploma (or equivalent) or technical school
• Strong ability to work independently and manage meal service for 20 residents
• Some food service work experience required
• Great communication skills are required

Estimated Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year depending on location and experience.
