As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Medical Surgical Unit, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care. Your expertise will be essential in managing the physical and emotional needs of patients, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and promoting a culture of compassion and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians">
  • Care for patients with diverse medical conditions, including surgical and critically ill patients">
  • Document patient information, progress, and treatment plans">
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records">
  • Participate in multidisciplinary rounds and contribute to patient care planning">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to maintain current licensure in the state of Maine and demonstrate BLS certification.
